Software Quality Assurance a.k.a Software testing is an important part of any software project implementation.

Quality Assurance Analysts/Software testers work on project teams to ensure the quality of the delivered software product meets the customers’ requirements documented by the business analysts.

The quality of a software product is neither defined by how many hours of work was put into its development nor how much it costs; quality is measured by how much the product meets the customer’s needs as defined by the customer.

This course explores key concepts, tools, and practical techniques critical to ensuring that the software product is tested and any defects found are corrected in a timely and cost effective fashion.
